This chocolate is inspired by Falmouth's very own Dr. Robert Langer. Dr. Langer is one of 9 MIT Institute professors (MIT's highest honor). Dr. Langer is the most cited engineer in history and one of the 3 living individuals to have received both the National Medal of Science and National Medal of Technology and innovation. He has the largest bioengineering lab in the world and is a cofounder of over 40 companies including Moderna. He now has a new career accolade to add to his resume: Chocolatier.  His suggestion -  to add a special touch to one of his all-time favorite chocolate confections of ours. We took our homemade maple center cream dipped in semi-sweet dark chocolate and added a drizzel of one of our favorite maple sryups to the top. The addition of this extra burst of maple flavor really sends it over the top. Try this today!
