Gelato is made with milk instead of ice cream mix. It is a lighter, creamier texture, yet the flavor is more intense.
Flavors that contain nuts:
Donatella - hazelnut paste
Toasted almond - ground almond paste
** The blood orange and lemon sorbets both have traces of skim milk powder - if you are lactose intolerant, we have soy gelato options as well as dairy free and vegan options**
